2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and access

Course purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Access is granted upon confirmation. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

4. Refunds

We provide a 14-day refund if you have completed less than 25% of a course. To request a refund, contact support with your order reference.

5. Intellectual property

All content is owned by NarraTrust or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Redistribution of course media is prohibited except as permitted for checklists and rubrics within your organization with attribution.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempts to repackage or resell course media without written permission.
• No scraping, automated downloads, or circumventing access controls.
• No use of templates to make deceptive or unlawful claims.

7. Disclaimers

Courses provide educational guidance and are not legal advice. Always route final copy through your organization’s review processes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NarraTrust will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
